1. Acceptance of Terms & Legal Binding
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding electronic agreement under the Information Technology Act, 2000 ("IT Act 2000") and the Indian Contract Act, 1872 between you ("User", "Visitor", or "Researcher") and Threxar Intelligence ("Threxar", "We", "Us", or "Our").
By accessing, browsing, subscribing to, or utilizing any threat intelligence feeds, research dispatches, vulnerability advisories, or data API endpoints provided on this website, you signify your full agreement to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you are strictly prohibited from accessing or utilizing any content or services offered by Threxar.
2. Defensive Security & Research Purpose Only
Defensive Scope: All threat intelligence disclosures, indicators of compromise (IOCs), YARA signatures, malware breakdowns, and CVE analysis published on Threxar are provided strictly for legitimate defensive cybersecurity research, incident response, network hardening, and educational purposes.
No Actionable Harm: Content published by Threxar must not be used to conduct unauthorized penetration testing, port scanning, exploitation, unauthorized credential access, or malicious cyber operations against any corporate, government, or individual target.
No Professional Advice: Nothing published on Threxar constitutes formal legal, financial, compliance, or professional security advice. Independent technical verification is required prior to taking automated or manual remediations based on site disclosures.
3. Intellectual Property Rights & Fair Attribution
Proprietary Research: All written analytical reports, research breakdowns, technical synthesis, visual diagrams, and original threat dossiers published on Threxar are the intellectual property of Threxar Intelligence.
Permitted Fair Use & Attribution: Security teams, SOC analysts, and academic researchers are permitted to cite, summarize, and quote Threxar intelligence dispatches provided clear credit and direct URL attribution to "Threxar Intelligence" is included.
Prohibited Automated Scraping: Automated scraping, data mining, bulk downloading, or automated mirror ingestion of Threxar content without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.
4. Prohibited User Conduct & Misuse
Illegal Activities: Using Threxar disclosures or intelligence to facilitate, conduct, or conceal illegal cyber attacks, ransomware operations, extortion, or extortion negotiations is strictly illegal and subject to prosecution under Sections 43, 66, and 66D of the IT Act 2000.
System Tampering: Attempting to bypass web application firewall (WAF) controls, inject malicious scripts, launch DDoS attacks, or probe administrative endpoints of Threxar infrastructure is prohibited.
False Reporting & Tip Fraud: Submitting fraudulent, malicious, or intentionally deceptive intelligence tips through our communication channels is prohibited.
5. Non-Facilitation & Illicit Data Policy
No Illicit Hosting: Threxar does NOT host, sell, distribute, or facilitate access to stolen databases, active malware binaries, compromised user credentials, or dark web marketplace escrow accounts.
Defensive Summaries Only: All dark web findings and breach claims are analyzed at an executive and defensive level — providing IOC hashes and vulnerability scopes without hosting or exposing compromised personal data.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Provided "As Is": The Threxar website and all threat intelligence content are provided on an "As Is" and "As Available" basis without any express or implied warranties of any kind.
Dynamic Threat Landscape: Cyber threat data is rapidly evolving and compiled from multi-source telemetry. Threxar makes no guarantees regarding the absolute accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or non-infringement of external third-party threat claims.
7. Limitation of Statutory Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, Threxar Intelligence, its researchers, analysts, and directors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your reliance on or use of intelligence disclosures on this site.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Indian Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, including the IT Act 2000 and the Indian Contract Act 1872.
Exclusive Jurisdiction: Any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms or use of the site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
9. Modifications to Terms
Threxar reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Amended" date. Continued use of the website following amendments constitutes binding acceptance of the updated Terms.
